Ecopolymer suction dredgers put into operation in Magnitogorsk

Ecopolymer Company supplied four suction dredgers for secondary radial-flow sedimentation tanks as part of the Investment Program for the reconstruction of treatment facilities on the right bank of Magnitogorsk. Suction dredgers were produced taking into account all requirements and wishes of Customer.
In 2018 and 2019 two suction dredgers were installed and put into operation step by step. Ecopolymer specialists carried out installation and commissioning.
Personnel of the Pravoberezhnye sewage treatment plant highly appreciated design advantages of the equipment, such as separate sludge discharge and the ability to control of the individual flow controller for each sludge receiver independently of each other. Such details as the installation of lighting along the sludge suction bridge and equipping the steps of the stairs at the end of the bridge with special anti-slip pads also caused positive feedback from the operation. For two years of operation of the suction dredger, from Customer has not received any complaints.
Engineering approach of Ecopolymer company is to think over every little detail, which turns the operation of equipment into a comfortable and efficient technological process for personnel.
