Slide gates
A stoplog is designed for long-term closure of open channels for the period of construction or repair work, as well as for emergency shutdown of channels in the event of accidents.
Stoplogs have a driveless sturdy rigid gate design.
The installation and lifting of the stoplog gate is carried out by means of hoisting mechanisms (beam crane, lifting tackle or mobile crane), for which the upper part of the stoplog frame has mounting loops. The installation of the stoplogs is carried out by the methods used in the installation of the gates: trench casing, anchoring inside the channel and overlapping to the end faces of the channel or the walls of the tank.
The sluice is sealed along the bottom and side walls of the channel.
